Burcu Figen built her career across tourism, hospitality and restaurant operations, leading teams and managing guest experience in service-driven environments. With hands-on leadership experience and a strong understanding of traveler expectations and market dynamics, she is building UnifyPass with an Istanbul-first vision and long-term global ambition.
